Turkish PM: Evidence Of Two Suicide Bombers In Blasts That Killed 86, Injured 186
Emergency services were called to the scene following a twin blast at 10:05am local time, according to local news agency, Anadolu. The Turkish government has described the incident as a terrorist attack, and believes at least one of the blasts to have been carried out by a suicide bomber, Reuters said.
The blast coincided with a rally organised by the Confederation of Public Sector Trade Unions (KESK), to press the Turkish government to end conflict with Kurdish militant group Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK).
